Enable Pop-Ups in Internet Explorer

Select the file that you wish to download.

At the top of the page you will notice a yellow bar noting Pop-up blocked.

Right click and choose "Always Allow Pop-ups from this Site" as shown below.



Click "Yes" to confirm.



Please note that third party toolbars (ie: yahoo toolbar, google toolbar, etc.) may also disable pop-ups.
