– If a structure is built without permits, state law allows the removal of the structure at the cost of the landowner.

The township does not wish to do this. When in doubt, please call us to ask!

Zoning Permit

A Zoning Permit is required when any new structure is put on a property, or use of the property is changed.

Driveway Permit

Paving Permit

or if you are repaving your existing driveway.

This is to ensure that the driveway ties into the road properly and the swale is maintained

for stormwater functions.
