- If a structure is built without permits, state law allows the removal of the structure at the cost of the landowner. The township does not wish to do this. When in doubt, please call us to ask!
- All Zoning Permits now require a copy of the DEED of the property that improvements are being made on.
- All permits need an ADDRESS for issuing. Please see the township secretary if you don't have one.
Building Permit

Do I need a Building Permit? A Building Permit is required for the construction of new buildings, additions, and some repairs/alterations within the home. If you are in a floodplain, please put that information on the application.
Zoning Permit

Do I need a Zoning Permit? A Zoning Permit is required when any new structure is put on a property, or use of the property is changed. All Zoning Permits now require a copy of the DEED of the property that improvements are being made on.
Driveway Permit

Paving Permit
